Case Reveal – Dr. Oetker

On First Day of the Design Thinking Challenge the Case that we had to work on the whole Week was revealed. It was a challenge from Dr. Oetker a big international known company. The Executive Digital Product Manager of the HR Team of Dr. Oetker told us to find ways to dynamically measure the success of their HR Team. They want to show that their business unit is perceived as positively affecting their business results (KPIs). This was a big challenge for us and at first we didn’t know how to do it and were completely lost. Only the Design Thinking Process guided us.
