The final day began with final preparations and coordination within the team to ensure everything was ready for the presentation.
We then held a full rehearsal of the presentation, followed by a feedback session. Based on the input received, we made the last improvements to the content and delivery.
Afterwards, we had lunch together. Following the break, the American participants returned their rental bikes.
The team then cleaned up the workspace, and the German group enjoyed a final coffee together before heading out.
In the afternoon, we all made our way to Viadee for the final presentation, followed by a discussion and Q&A session. We ended the day with some drinks and informal conversations, before we met downtown to celebrate the last evening. Read more about the presentation in Jans blogpost.
A short anecdote to remember:
As usual, the Americans took a taxi to Viadee, while the Germans – as is tradition in Münster – chose their bikes. The result? All the Germans arrived at Viadee soaking wet from the rain, while the Americans showed up perfectly dry. A fitting and funny end to our cultural exchange experience!
