Our first zoom meeting in our global teams was such a great start to this seminar. We had the opportunity to develop our own personal personas before the meeting and then present them to each other. It gave us a chance to get to know each other in a different way by explaining each of our motivations and struggles. It was interesting being able to get to know each other in this way and even gave us an example of the kind of persona we will need to build for Southwire for when everyone is in person working on our Design Thinking project. We are all excited to see how all of our different personas work together in a few weeks!
