After finishing our work for the second day, we wanted to properly start the weekend.
For that we reserved a table at Extrablatt at 6 pm and a table at the Peacock (pub) at 8 PM.
At Extrablatt, we had food – most of us had burgers, fries, or pizza and our first few beers.
Our American friends seemed to like the German beer.
We forgot about the time a little bit when we were at Extrablatt and almost didn’t make it on time to the Peacock.
At the Peacock, most of us drank Long Island Iced Tea and Mexican shots – this tasty combination was on sale that day.
We had a lot of fun in the Peacock and the more drinks we had the better the conversations with our new American friends got.
After spending a few hours there, we started to split up a bit and showed the Americans some of the other pubs in the Jüdefelder Straße, like the Davidwache and the Destille. Over there, we drank more beer and Long Island Iced Teas.
