The day started with a joint meeting at the university, where we reviewed the agenda and discussed the goals for the day.
First Working Phase:
During the first working phase, we focused on creating personas by developing profiles of typical user groups to better understand the needs and perspectives of different stakeholders.
We then conducted an interview with the companies Sustainability Manager, gaining valuable insights into ongoing sustainability strategies and projects.
After the morning session, we took a lunch break at the cafeteria together to eat, rest and recharge. Following lunch, we provided the professors with a brief update on our progress and outlined the next steps in the project.
Second Working Phase:
In the second working phase, we split up in different groups. We reviewed the results of the survey, analyzing key findings and discussing their implications for the project.
We also held an interview with an external consultant, which offered new perspectives and useful input. And a thrid group reviewed information on existing Green IT certificates to get insights into possible improvements for Viadee.
To wrap up the day, we came back together and presented our results. After that we had a look on mural together to identify the pain points and environmental impact areas to get prepared with the Define Phase starting on Monday.
